Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. You can do it from your confirmation text or email, or by messaging the studio.
Appointments start on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the service may need to be shortened or rebooked so the next client isn't kept waiting.
A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the $25 deposit is forfeited.
Hair is not included unless the service says so. Please bring your hair for installs.
No extra guests, please. Children are welcome by appointment only.
Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits. Appointments are recommended.
You book at the starting price for the service. The final price depends on hair length, density and any add-ons, and is confirmed at your appointment.
